Lattice Semiconductor iCE40 UltraLite FPGAs
Lattice Semiconductor iCE40 UltraLite FPGAs are optimum logic, small footprint, low I/O count, ultra-low-power FPGAs and Sensor Managers with instant-on capability. The iCE40 UltraLite FPGAs are designed for ultra-low power mobile applications, like smartphones, tablets, and hand-held devices. Lattice iCE40 UltraLite family includes integrated blocks to interface with virtually all mobile sensors and application processors. They also feature two on-chip oscillators, 9.7kHz, and 48MHz. The LFOSC (9.7kHz) is ideal for low power function in always-on applications, while HFOSC (48MHz) can be used for awakening activities.Features
