Littelfuse Sxx30x SCR Thyristors
Littelfuse Sxx30x SCR Thyristors integrate superior unidirectional switches, which are developed for applications such as solid-state relays, industrial power tools, and high-power motor control. The standard phase control SCRs are triggered with a few milliamperes of current at less than 1.3V potential. The Littelfuse Sxx30x SCR Thyristors offer surge capability of up to 290A and voltage capability of up to 1200V.
The Sxx30x SCR Thyristors were developed for AC solid-state switches, industrial power tools, soft starters, DC motor control, and power converter applications.
