MACOM MAAL-011129 Low Noise Amplifiers

MACOM MAAL-011129 Low Noise Amplifiers are easy-to-use three-stage low noise amplifiers with an operation range of 18GHz to 31.5GHz. The MAAL-011129 provides a surface-mount amplifier solution ideal for diverse receiver applications such as VSAT, Point-to-Point, and 24GHz ISM. The MAAL-011129 features high gain with a broadband 50Ω match on input and output.

The MACOM MAAL-011129 Low Noise Amplifiers integrate an active bias circuit and bias tee directly connecting to VDD without external chokes or DC blocks. The bias current is set by an RB simple external resistor, enabling customized power consumption. The device is placed in power-down mode when the VBIAS = 0V.

The MAAL-011129 is housed in a lead-free 2mm 8-lead PDFN plastic package.
