Micro Commercial Components (MCC) ESDLC3304P9 ESD Protection Diode is designed to safeguard four pairs of data lines with a reverse working voltage of 3.3V. This 3.3V low-capacitance ESD diode features unquestionable protection and signal integrity in a compact DFN3020-10 package. This ESD protection device delivers minimal signal distortion and pristine high-speed data transmission due to low clamping voltage of 5.5V (maximum) and low capacitance of 1.7pF (typical). The ESDLC3304P9 ESD diode is ideal for gigabit ethernet, telecommunication lines, and high-speed computing devices.
