Microchip Technology MCP11x Micropower Voltage Detectors

Microchip Technology MCP1x Micropower Voltage Detectors are designed to keep a microcontroller at rest until the system voltage has reached and stabilized. This result in appropriate level for reliable system operation. The MCP1x micropower voltage detectors are available in MCP102, MCP103, MCP121, MCP131, MCP111, and MCP112 variants. These MCP1x detectors are available in 8 different trip voltages. The devices come in SC-70, SOT-23, TO-92, SOT-143, and SOIC packages in various pin configurations. Typical applications include critical μC and μP power-monitoring applications, computers, intelligent instruments, and portable battery-powered equipment.
