Mini-Circuits PMA3-14LN+ Monolithic Amplifier

Mini-Circuits PMA3-14LN+ Monolithic Amplifier features a unique combination of low noise, high IP3, and high output power over a wide bandwidth. These features make the GaAs PHEMT based wideband, low noise MMIC amplifier ideal for sensitive, high-dynamic-range receiver applications. The PMA3-14LN+ amp operates on a single supply of 6V and is well matched for 50Ω. The Mini-Circuits PMA3-14LN+ Monolithic Amplifier is available in a tiny, low profile package (3mm x 3mm-12 lead), accommodating dense circuit board layouts.
