Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3515 Synchronous Step-Down Converters

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPM3515 Synchronous, Step-Down Converters offer a compact solution with built-in power MOSFETs, inductors, and capacitors. The MPM3515 Converters require only four external components to achieve 1.5A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input supply range.

The device features an operating switching frequency of 2.2MHz achieving a fast load transient response. Additionally, the MPM3515 has a full array of protection features including over-current protection (OCP) and thermal shutdown. The MPM3515 is available in a space-saving QFN-17 (3mm x 5mm x 1.6mm) package and is AEC-Q100 qualified.
