Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ4415M Step-Down Converter

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ4415M Step-Down Converter is a high-frequency, synchronous, rectified, switch-mode converter with built-in power MOSFETs. The device features 1.5A continuous load current and high-efficiency synchronous mode operation. Protection features include overcurrent (OCP) and thermal shutdown. The MPQ4415M is available in a compact QFN-13 (2.5mm x 3mm) package. Applications for MPS MPQ4415M Step-Down Converter include automotive, industrial control systems, medical and imaging equipment, telecom, and distributed power systems.
