Nexperia NMUX27518x 6-Channel Multiplexer Switch ICs

Nexperia NMUX27518x QSPI/SDIO 6-Channel 1-of-2 Multiplexer-Demultiplexer Switch ICs offer a high-performance, low-power solution for analog and digital signal routing in space-constrained applications. These Nexperia devices feature six independently controlled single-pole single-throw (SPST) switches, optimized for low on-resistance (as low as 4.5Ω typical) and minimal charge injection, ensuring signal integrity across a wide bandwidth. Operating from a single supply, the NMUX27518x supports both analog and digital signals up to the supply rail, making it ideal for mixed-signal designs. The series includes automotive-grade (Q100-qualified) variants, such as the NMUX27518E_Q100 and NMUX27518_Q100, which are AEC-Q100 compliant and support extended temperature ranges, enhancing reliability in harsh environments. With features like break-before-make switching, fail-safe logic, and low leakage currents, these multiplexers are well-suited for applications in consumer electronics, automotive systems, and industrial control.
