Nexperia PTVSxS1UR 400W Unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressors are available in a SOD-123W small and flat lead low-profile Surface Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package, designed for transient overvoltage protection. Features include rated peak pulse power of 400W, reverse standoff voltage range of 3.3V to 64V, reverse current of 0.001µA, very low package height (1mm), and AEC-Q101 qualified. Typical applications for these are power supply protection, automotive, industrial, and power management.
