NXP Semiconductors LPC4370 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4 + 2 x M0 MCU
NXP Semiconductors 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4 + 2 x M0 Microcontrollers (MCUs) provide a complete data acquisition solution on a single chip. The LPC4370 MCUs provide fast digital and analog inputs, the high performance processing capabilities, and the hi-speed output needed for data acquisition applications. Running up to 204 MHz, the Arm Cortex-M4F core of the LPC4370 is the industry’s fastest Cortex-M microcontroller. The Cortex-M4F is a next generation 32-bit core that offers system enhancements such as low power consumption, enhanced debug features, and high level support block integration. The Arm Cortex-M4F core supports single-cycle digital signal processing and SIMD instructions. and has a hardware floating-point processor is integrated in the core. A hardware floating-point processor is integrated in the core.NXP Semiconductors LPC4370 includes an integrated ADC for fast analog data acquisition. Also included is a new subsystem for fast digital I/O handling that includes a Cortex-M0 based peripheral handler and NXP’s unique Serial General Purpose I/O (SGPIO) interface. The LPC4370 offers 282 KB of SRAM, a Cortex-M0 coprocessor for offloading tasks like the USB stack from the main CPU, advanced configurable peripherals such as the State Configurable Timer (SCT) for handling complex waveform or PWM generation, two High-speed USB controllers, Ethernet, graphic LCD, an external memory controller, and more digital and analog peripherals. The LPC4370 operates at CPU frequencies of up to 204MHz.
