NXP Semiconductors i.MX 7ULP Applications Processors
NXP Semiconductors i.MX 7ULP Applications Processors enable ultra-low-power and secure, portable devices. The NXP Semiconductors i.MX 7ULP processors are part of the EdgeVerse™ edge computing platform. The processors' power management feature enables multimedia features and peripherals to consume minimum power in both active and various low-power modes. The processors can power applications such as smart-home controls, wearables, portable healthcare monitoring, printers and scanners, and gaming accessories. NXP processors are built on Arm® Cortex®-A7 and Cortex-M4 cores with separate isolated domains. The processors also utilize 3D and 2D Graphics Processing Units (GPUs). NXP processors support up to 32-bit LPDDR2/LPDDR3 memory and other interfaces for connecting peripherals.Ideal for smartwatches, bike computers, headphones, and the NXP i.MX 7ULP family of applications processors is built on the heterogeneous asymmetric architecture using the Arm Cortex-A7 and Cortex-M4 cores, with separate isolated domains that enable multimedia features and peripherals to consume minimum power in active and low-power modes.
