NXP Semiconductors VR5500 High Voltage PMIC

NXP Semiconductors VR5500 High Voltage PMIC is an automotive, multi-output power-supply integrated circuit, optimized for radio, telematics, and infotainment applications. The NXP VR5500 includes multiple switch-mode and linear voltage regulators and offers external frequency synchronization input and output for optimal system EMC performance. Several device versions are available via one-time programming for design flexibility, offering choices in output voltage setting, operating frequency, and power-up sequencing.

The VR5500 High Voltage PMIC is offered in a thermally enhanced Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package with wettable flanks.
