onsemi CAT24C64 64Kb I2C CMOS Serial EEPROMs
onsemi CAT24C64 64Kb I2C CMOS Serial EEPROMs are internally organized as 8192 words of 8-bits each. These EEPROMs feature a 32-byte page write buffer and support the Standard (100kHz), Fast (400kHz), and Fast-Plus (1MHz) I2C protocols. External address pins allow up to eight CAT24C64 devices on the same bus. The onsemi CAT24C64 is available in SOIC, TSSOP, UDFN 8-pad, and ultra-thin WLCSP 4-bump packages.
