onsemi NL7SZ58 Configurable Multifunction Gate is an advanced high-speed CMOS device that allows the user to choose logic functions AND, OR, NAND, NOR, XOR, INVERT, and BUFFER. The device has Schmitt-trigger inputs, thereby enhancing noise immunity. The NL7SZ58 input and output structures provide protection when voltages up to 5.5V are applied, regardless of the supply voltage. Applications include general-purpose logic for handheld devices, including PDAs, digital cameras, and GPS.Features
