ROHM Semiconductor SMLS1 Mono-Color Standard Chip LEDs with Lenses offer narrow directivity and high brightness in a surface-mount 3216 (1206 metric) package measuring 3.2mm x 1.6mm x 1.85mm (LxWxT). Yellow-green, yellow, orange, red, green, and blue options are available. These LEDs operate within a -40°C to +85°C temperature range with 20mA or 30mA forward currents. The SMLS1 Mono-Color Standard Chip LEDs are ideal for display unit light sources in industrial applications.
