Syfer / Knowles VM2 Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors
Syfer / Knowles VM2 Multilayer Ceramic Chip Capacitors provide maximum capacitance of 44nF/1kV and 66nF/630V in a compact chip size. These multi-layer chip capacitors are AEC-Q2000 qualified and RoHS compliant. The VM2 multilayer ceramic chip capacitors are ideal for LLC-type DC/DC converters in demanding environments. These multi-layer chip capacitors feature extended capabilities with novel electrode design, a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, and ESR for thermal stability. Typical applications include EV onboard chargers, wireless charging systems, and potentially DC fast-charging infrastructure.
