PolyPhaser IXG-05 Lightning Surge Protector
PolyPhaser IXG-05 Lightning Surge Protector protects equipment from Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) or surges in power caused by lightning and other induced transients. This lightning surge protector uses optimized designs for the most common synchronous data protocols, enabling effective and weather-resistant protection for up to 5 twisted pairs. The IXG-05 data line twisted pair surge protector is designed for four pairs Gigabit Ethernet and includes an Underwriters Laboratories listing of UL 497B. This lightning surge protector operates at a 1000Mb/s data rate, 1Ω series impedance (data), 4pF capacitance (differential), and 4pF capacitance (common).
The IXG-05 lightning surge protector offers data protection modules optimized for Ethernet, PoE, RS-232, RS-422, RS-485, T1/E1, or POTS. This surge protector provides DC protection modules optimized for 12VDC, 24VDC, 48VDC, 56VDC, or 72VDC, available with an isolated ground. The IXG-05 lightning surge protector is ideal for enterprise networks, telco backhaul, point-to-point radios, PoE equipment, and Internet Service Providers (ISPs).
