Qorvo PAC5556EVKx Development Kits
Qorvo PAC5556EVKx Development Kits are complete evaluation and prototyping platforms for the PAC5556 Power Application Controllers. These development kits offer access to each PAC5556 device's signals through a series of header connectors. Qorvo PAC5556EVKx features a USB-to-UART module, enabling users to connect the evaluation module to a PC through a conventional Virtual COM Port. A graphical user interface (GUI) software suite can then be employed to control application features. These development kits also allow access to the SWD and JTAG ports of the PAC5556 controller, enabling flash memory programming and real-time debugging.
The PAC5556AEVK1 is a 600V BLDC Motor Controller and Driver. The PAC5556AEVK2 has a 240mΩ GaN for up to 400W, and the PAC5556AEVK3 has a 55mΩ GaN for up to 800W.
