Qorvo QPF4206B 2.4GHz Wi-Fi® 6 Front End Module

Qorvo QPF4206B 2.4GHz Wi-Fi® 6 Front End Module is designed for 802.11ax systems and integrated matching to minimize application layout area. Radio frequency front-end modules are ultra-small built-in modules integrated with various functional components in wireless front-end circuits. QPF4206B integrates a 2GHz power amplifier (PA), regulator, single-pole two-throw switch (SP2T), and a bypassable low-noise amplifier (LNA). The devices optimize the PA for a 3.3V supply voltage to conserve power while maintaining high linear output power and leading-edge throughput.
