Renesas Electronics Smart Gate Driver BLDC Motor Control offers the RAA227063 smart gate driver IC for 3-phase sensorless brushless DC (BLDC) motor applications. The device integrates three half-bridge smart gate drivers capable of driving up to three N-Channel MOSFET bridges. It supports bridge voltages from 4.5V to 60V, with 1A drive and 2A sinking current capability. The driver is equipped with an LDO fed directly from the input voltage, providing power to the MCU. Three accurate differential amplifiers with adjustable gain are integrated to support ground-side shunt current sensing with the S/H system. This provides results via one output channel to the MCU ADC input.
