Renesas Electronics PS2911-1 4-Pin Flat-lead Photocouplers
Renesas Electronics PS2911-1 4-Pin Flat-lead Photocouplers are available in a 4.6mm x 2.5mm x 2.1mm ultra-small package that offers a 30% reduced mounting area than PS28xx. These photocouplers feature a high current transfer ratio and 2500VRMS high isolation voltage. The PS2911-1 photocouplers operate at 50mA forward current, 1.1V forward voltage, 6V reverse voltage, and -55°C to 100°C operating temperature range. These photocouplers are used in applications such as DC-DC converters and Modem/PC cards.
