Renesas Electronics RA0L1 32MHz Arm® Cortex®-M23 Microcontrollers

Renesas Electronics RA0L1 32MHz Arm® Cortex®-M23 Microcontrollers offer capacitive touch functionality to the RA0 series MCUs. The RA0L1 MCUs have an Arm Cortex-M23 core with low power and peripherals, which are optimized for BOM cost reduction and a simple design.

The RA0L1 features up to 64KB code flash, 16KB SRAM memory, a wide operating voltage range of 1.6V to 5.5V, and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
