Renesas Electronics RA4M2 Family Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers
Renesas Electronics RA4M2 Family Arm® Cortex® Microcontrollers feature a high-performance 100MHz Arm Cortex-M33 core and up to 512KB code flash memory with background operation. The MCUs additionally deliver 8KB data flash memory and 128KB SRAM with parity/ECC.
The Renesas Electronics RA4M2 Microcontrollers have high-integration with USB 2.0 Full-Speed, SDHI, Quad SPI, and advanced analog connectivity. Security and protection features include an integrated Secure Crypto Engine with cryptography accelerators, key management support, tamper detection, and power analysis resistance in sync with Arm TrustZone.
The RA4M2 Microcontrollers are available in 100-pin LQFP, 64-pin LQFP, 48-pin LQFP, and 48-pin QFN packages and have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.
