Renesas Electronics RSK+ RZ/N2 Development Kit
Renesas Electronics RSK+ (Renesas Starter Kit+) RZ/N2 Development Kit is a demonstration and prototyping platform for the RZ/N2L Multi-Protocol Microprocessor. The RZ/N2L is an LSI optimized to ease the implementation of Industrial Ethernet and TSN networks. The RZ/N2L MPU features an Arm® Cortex®-R52 core with a maximum operating frequency of 400MHz and a tightly coupled memory (256KB). The device integrates a 3-port Gigabit Ethernet switch that supports the next-generation network standard TSN and major Industrial Ethernet protocols such as EtherCAT, PROFINET, and EtherNet/IP.
The Renesas Electronics RSK+ RZ/N2 Development Kit includes a pre-installed RZ/N2L Multi-Protocol MPU along with an RL78 MCU, onboard Flash RAM, and three Ethernet ports. USB ports and Pmod, Grove, Qwiic, RS-485, and CAN-FD headers enable easy expansion.
