Renesas Electronics RX66N Microcontrollers (MCUs) offer stable performance and single-chip MCU solutions with large memory capacities for industrial equipment. These MCUs feature 32bit RXv3 CPU core, 1MB SRAM, up to 4MB flash memory, and achieves superior performance with 698 CoreMark capability at 120MHz operating frequency-range. The RX66N MCUs offer industry-leading robust security with unique cryptographic-key protection and hardware cryptography accelerators supporting ECC and RSA. The low-power design and architecture of the device support a single voltage supply ranging from 2.7V to 3.6V. The various communication interfaces include Ethernet MAC, SD host interface, quad SPI, and CAN. Typical applications include general-purpose inverters, industrial robots, Programmable Logic-Controllers (PLCs), industrial motors, motion controllers, power conditioners, HVAC controllers, security controllers, smart meters, and other general-purpose applications.Features
