
Menlo Micro MM5622 64Gbps Dual DP3T Switches
Menlo Micro MM5622 64Gbps Dual DP3T Switches are designed for high-speed signal switching in PCIe Gen 5, Gen 6, SerDes, and other standards. The Menlo Micro MM5622 switches are built on Menlo's Ideal Switch® technology. The devices operate at 64Gbps with a 20GHz bandwidth, offering low insertion loss, fast switching, and over 3 billion switching cycles.
The system-in-package (SiP) integrates the switch driver, charge pump, and decoupling capacitors, reducing the board footprint. Controlled via SPI or GPIO interfaces, the MM5622 is ideal for high-volume production testing in smartphones, graphics, network processors, microprocessors, accelerators, and high-speed memory products. It supports high-speed differential data applications and enables efficient parallel testing in space-constrained environments.
