ROHM Semiconductor Automotive Rectifier Diodes
ROHM Automotive Rectifier Diodes are AEC-Q101-qualified high-reliability diodes suitable for general rectification. These diodes offer a 0.2A to 6A average rectified forward current range and a 400V to 600V reverse voltage range. The automotive rectifier diodes feature a 1.1V to 1.2V low forward voltage range. These rectifiers can be configured in single or dual parallel types. The automotive rectifier diodes are available in a variety of packages.
