ROHM Semiconductor BD71837AMWV System PMIC for i.MX 8M Family
ROHM Semiconductor BD71837AMWV System PMIC for i.MX 8M Family integrates all power rails required by i.MX 8M processors and system peripherals. The BD71837AMWV makes it possible to significantly reduce development time, decrease the size, and simplify application design. The power supply circuit of the ROHM BD71837AMWV is designed specifically for the power supply system of the i.MX 8M processor family. The circuit integrates eight buck converters, seven LDOs, control logic that supplies power to the processor, and the required DDR memory. A 1.8V/3.3V power switch for SDXC cards and a 32.768kHz crystal oscillator driver are also built-in. Multiple protection circuits are also built-in, like output short-circuit, output over-voltage/current, and thermal shutdown.Features
