ROHM Semiconductor BD7LS125G-C Single 3-State Buffer is qualified for automotive applications. This device is designed for 1.65V to 5.5V power supply voltage operation. When the ROHM Semiconductor BD7LS125G-C is powered down, the output tolerant circuit protects the output circuit from the backflow current through the connected system.
