ROHM Semiconductor BR24G16NUX-5TR I2C BUS EEPROM is a 16-Kbit serial EEPROM of the I2C BUS interface. This EEPROM features a 1.6V to 5.5V wide operating voltage limit, 16-byte page write mode, and a 2K x 8-bit format. The BR24G16NUX-5TR BUS EEPROM controls are available by two ports Serial Clock (SCL) and Serial Data (SDA). This device includes 4 million times (Ta = 25°C) write cycles, 200 years (Ta = 55°C) data retention, and 3.5ms maximum write cycle time. Typical applications include AV equipment, OA equipment, telecommunication equipment, home electronic appliances, and amusement equipment.
