ROHM Semiconductor BV1HALA5EFJ Load Switch IC is a single N-channel MOSFET high-side load switch. This load switch IC features an 8V to 32V input voltage range, 34V breakdown voltage, and 150mΩ typical output ON resistance. The BV1HALA5EFJ IC includes built-in overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown protection, soft-start function, and low power output OFF function. This load switch IC is equipped with an error flag notification pin to indicate thermal shutdown and overcurrent.
