ROHM Semiconductor TLR377GYZ CMOS Operational Amplifier

ROHM Semiconductor TLR377GYZ CMOS Operational Amplifier is an ultra-small (0.88mm x 0.58mm x 0.33mm) package rail-to-rail input/output single amplifier. The ROHM Semiconductor TLR377GYZ features low input offset voltage, noise, and input bias current. The device is suitable for equipment operating from battery power.

The TLR377GYZ balances miniaturization and high accuracy using ROHM's proprietary circuit design, process, and packaging technologies. Increasing the size of built-in transistors reduces input offset voltage and noise but compromises miniaturization. ROHM has developed circuits that maintain a maximum offset voltage as low as 1mV without increasing transistor size. Additionally, advanced process technology significantly reduces flicker noise, and ultra-low noise is achieved with an input noise voltage density of 12nV/√Hz by optimizing resistive components at the element level. The TLR377GYZ also features a WLCSP (Wafer Level Chip Scale Package) with a ball pitch of 0.3mm, utilizing proprietary packaging technology. This design reduces the size by approximately 69% compared to conventional products and 46% to compact products.
