SEGGER Microcontroller J-Trace Pro
SEGGER Microcontroller J-Trace Pro is a superspeed trace probe designed to support the advanced tracing features of various cores and architectures. This device includes a superspeed USB 3.0 interface that enables continuous streaming trace via USB with a full trace clock. The J-Trace Pro offers multi-platform support (Windows, Linux, and macOS) and up to 4 MB/s download speed. This device features unlimited Flash breakpoints in flash memory, 150MHz maximum trace clock frequency, and Ethernet interfaces.
The J-Trace Pro captures complete instruction traces over unlimited periods with no limit set on the amount of trace data. This enables the recording of infrequent and hard-to-reproduce bugs, which is helpful when the program flow runs off the rails and halts in a faulty state. The J-Trace Pro comes with a USB 3.0 cable, Cortex-M trace reference board, 0.1″ 20‑pin ribbon cable (18cm), and 0.05″ 20‑pin debug and trace cable.
