SkyHigh Memory S40FC016 eMMC Flash Devices

SkyHigh Memory S40FC016 eMMC Flash Devices are managed NAND memory solutions designed for embedded applications. These eMMC devices include a standard MLC NAND flash memory and flash controller and are compatible with JEDEC JESD84-B51. The S40FC016 eMMC flash devices offer excellent reliability, high performance, and minimal power consumption. These eMMC flash devices are highly optimized firmware that features a secure removal type, configurable drive strength, health monitoring, and packed CMD and queuing. These eMMC flash devices operate at a -40°C to 85°C temperature range, and VCCQ: 1.7V to 1.95V and VCC: 2.7V to 3.6V supply voltage ranges. The S40FC016 eMMC flash devices are ideally used in set-top boxes, gaming consoles, consumer electronics, and industrial applications.
