Gigavac GX12 DC Contactors

Gigavac GX12 DC Contactors feature built-in coil suppression, chassis-level power terminals, and a rugged EPIC® seal rated to 175°C. The chassis-level power terminals eliminate the need for specially routed power cables, special bus bars, or special lugs. These contactors are hermetically sealed to meet UL1604 ratings for Class I & II, Div 2, and Class III for use in hazardous locations. The GX12 DC contactors are designed with stainless steel nuts and mounting inserts to prevent corrosion. These contactors can be mounted in any position for ease of installation. The GX12 contactors feature 1,000,000 cycles of mechanical life and operate within the -55°C to 85°C temperature range. Typical applications include buses, heavy trucks, boats, mining, electric and hybrid vehicles, and power management systems.
