STMicroelectronics VNH7070BAS Evaluation Board

STMicroelectronics VNH7070BAS Evaluation Board is designed to provide an easy way to connect VIPower® M0-7 H-Bridge drivers into existing prototype circuitry. This VNH7070BAS evaluation board consists of a minimum set of electrical components onboard, allowing direct connection to the load, power supply, and microcontroller. The VNH7070BAS evaluation board comes preassembled with the VNH7070BAS H-bridge driver. This VNH7070BAS evaluation board provides electrical connectivity and thermal heat-sinking for easy prototyping. The STMicroelectronics VNH7070BAS Evaluation Board features 70mΩ on-state resistance, 15A current limitation, 41V maximum transient supply voltage, and 1µA maximum standby current.

The VNH7070BAS is a full bridge motor driver that incorporates a dual monolithic high-side driver and two low-side switches. These switches are designed using VIPower M0 technology to efficiently integrate a true power MOSFET with intelligent signal/protection circuitry on the same die.
