Swissbit S-50 Memory Cards

Swissbit S-50 Memory Cards feature in-field firmware updates, high performance, optimized Floyd–Warshall (FW) algorithm, and high reliability. These memory cards are compliant with SD6.10 specifications that include SDHC/SDXC high-speed mode, UHS-I, 10/U3/V30/A2 speed class, SD2.0 backward compliant, and FAT32 / exFAT preformatted. The S-50 series memory cards support SD SPI mode and advanced Error Correction Code (ECC). These memory cards offer controlled “Locked” BOM and PCN process, Swissbit Life Time Monitoring (SBLTM) tool, and SDK for SBLTM. The S-50 series operates at -40°C to +85°C industrial temperature range and 2.7V to 3.6V voltage range. These memory cards are available in 16GB, 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB.
