Taiwan Semiconductor PLAD15Q Standard Rectifiers are high‑voltage surface‑mount standard rectifiers designed for demanding power applications. These rectifiers are built using planar technology and offer low forward conduction, low power loss, and high efficiency. The PLAD15Q rectifiers feature 15A average forward current and 1200V repetitive peak reverse voltage, providing robust performance in high‑voltage circuits. These rectifiers are housed in a compact ThinDPAK package, making them suitable for automated assembly and space‑constrained designs. The PLAD15Q standard rectifiers offer high surge-current capability and reliable operation across a wide junction-temperature range of -40°C to 175°C. The PLAD15QH rectifiers are AEC-Q101 qualified.
