TDK InvenSense IAM-20680HV Motion Tracking Sensor

TDK InvenSense IAM-20680HV Motion Tracking Sensor is a 6-axis device for automotive non-safety applications that combines a 3-axis gyroscope and a 3-axis accelerometer. This sensor eliminates the qualification and system-level integration of discrete devices, guaranteeing optimal motion performance. The IAM-20680HV sensor is offered in a thin 3mm x 3mm x 0.75mm (16-pin LGA) package. The gyroscope has a programmable full-scale range of ±125dps, ±250dps, ±500dps, and ±1000dps. The accelerometer includes a user-programmable full-scale range of ±2g, ±4g, ±8g, and ±16g. This sensor features include on-chip 16-bit ADCs, programmable digital filters, an embedded temperature sensor, and two programmable interrupts. The IAM-20680HV sensor is ideal for navigation systems, aiding in dead reckoning, lift gate motion detection, vision systems, car alarm, telematics, and insurance vehicle tracking.

The IAM-20680HV sensor is a high-value SmartAutomotive™ 6-axis MotionTracking® MEMS device for automotive applications. This sensor is pin-to-pin and register compatible with the full automotive non-safety product family of IAM-20680/HT/HP, IAM-20380/HT, and IAM-20381/HT. The IAM-20680HV device features I2C and SPI serial interfaces, an operating range of 1.71V to 3.6V VDD, a separate digital IO supply, and a VDDIO range of 1.71V to 3.6V.
