Texas Instruments BOOSTXL-TPS650861 BoosterPack™ Plug-in Module enables customer programming of the non-volatile memory of the TPS65086100 Power Management IC using the MSP430F5529 Launchpad. The BOOSTXL-TPS650861 offers a convenient socket for programming units before soldering to a board. The device features a flat wire to direct the programming of parts to a board. Programming the OTP memory permits rapid prototyping, resulting in a quick market turnaround. Additionally, this leads to an option to support many smaller projects with different OTP programs.
