Texas Instruments MCF8315PWPEVM Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments MCF8315PWPEVM Evaluation Module allows users to evaluate the MCF8315 BLDC driver in the 24-pin HTSSOP (PWP) package. The MCF8315 offers a single-chip, code-free, sensorless FOC solution for users driving speed-controlled Permanent Magnet Synchronous motor (PMSM) or 12V to 24V brushless-DC motors (BLDC) up to 4A peak current. The MCF8315PWPEVM includes an onboard FTDI chip to convert USB communication from the micro-USB connector into UART and an onboard MSP430FR2355 MCU to interface with the MCF8315.The TI MCF8315PWPEVM evaluation module is designed to quickly evaluate and configure the MCF8315 to optimize BLDC motor applications.
