Texas Instruments OPT3004DTSEVM ALS Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments OPT3004DTSEVM ALS Evaluation Module (EVM) is a platform for evaluating the OPT3004 (DTS package) performance under various conditions. The OPT3004 is an ambient light sensor (ALS) with a digital output integrated circuit. It uses a two-wire interface that works with the I²C protocol making it ideal for many applications. The Texas Instruments OPT3004DTSEVM consists of two PCBs. The first is the OPTMB evaluation module that communicates with the computer, provides power, and sends and receives appropriate digital signals. The second is the OPT3004DTS coupon board, which contains the OPT3004DTS and its support circuitry.
