Texas Instruments SN74AHC1G08/SN74AHC1G08-Q1 Single 2-Input Positive-AND Gate performs the Boolean function Y = A • B or Y = A + B in positive logic. These devices have an operating voltage range of 2V to 5.5V and a low power consumption of 10µA. Typical applications include barcode scanners, cable solutions, e-books, embedded PCs, field transmitters, fingerprint biometrics, and many more. The SN74AHC1G08-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
