Texas Instruments SN74AHC1G32/SN74AHC1G32-Q1 Single 2-Input Positive-OR Gate performs the Boolean function Y = A + B or Y = A\ + B\ in positive logic. These devices have an operating voltage range of 2V to 5.5V and a low power consumption of 10µA.
