Texas Instruments SN74HC21/SN74HC21-Q1 Dual 4-Input AND Gates
Texas Instruments SN74HC21/SN74HC21-Q1 Dual 4-Input AND Gates contains two independent 4-input AND gates. Each gate performs the Boolean function Y = A ● B ● C ● D in positive logic. These devices have a wide operating voltage range of 2V to 6V. The Texas Instruments SN74HC21-Q1 devices are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications.
