Texas Instruments SN74LVC2G101/SN74LVC2G101-Q1 Multi-Function Gates

Texas Instruments SN74LVC2G101/SN74LVC2G101-Q1 Multi-Function Gates with dual D-type flip-flops are designed for clock inputs with Schmitt-trigger architecture. The clock inputs can be configured into 2-input AND, NAND, OR, XOR, NOR, XNOR, and 1-input non-inverted or inverted operation. The SN74LVC2G101/SN74LVC2G101-Q1 multi-function gates support partial power-down with back drive protection (Ioff). These gates operate within the 1.1V to 3.6V supply voltage range. The SN74LVC2G101-Q1 AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These gates are used to convert a momentary switch to a toggle switch and divide a clock signal by 2 or 4.

Features

  • Over-voltage tolerant inputs support up to 5.5V independent of VCC
  • Supports partial power-down with back drive protection (Ioff)
  • High push-pull output drive strength:
    • ±24mA at 3.3V
    • ±8mA at 2.3V
    • ±4mA at 1.65V
  • 7ns maximum propagation delay time at 3.3V supply
  • SN74LVC2G101-Q1:
    • AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications:
