Texas Instruments TMCS1100EVM Sensor Evaluation Module (EVM)
Texas Instruments TMCS1100EVM Sensor Evaluation Module (EVM) is a tool intended to facilitate rapid and convenient use of the TMCS1100. The TMCS1100 is an isolated Hall-effect precision current sense monitor utilizing an external reference. This evaluation module allows the user to push the maximum operating current through the Hall input side while measuring the isolated output. The fixture layout is not intended as a model for the target circuit or laid out for electromagnetic (EMI) testing. Texas Instruments TMCS1100EVM consists of a single PCB, breakable into four individual pieces to allow the evaluation of the different device variants.Features
- Evaluation of the TMCS1100Ax in all gain options
- Test points to allow ease of access to device pins
- Large lug connectors to connect the evaluation module to large current-carrying leads
- Large copper planes to help with heat dissipation
- Evaluation of high-side and low-side configurations
- Buffered reference with a user-defined voltage divider
- Onboard temperature sensor
