Texas Instruments TMCS1126/TMCS1126-Q1 Hall-Effect Current Sensors

Texas Instruments TMCS1126/TMCS1126-Q1 Hall-Effect Current Sensors are galvanically isolated sensors with high immunity to external magnetic fields. The output voltage proportional to the input current in these sensors is provided with excellent linearity and low drift at all sensitivity options. These current sensors operate from a single 3V to 5.5V power supply and improve supply noise rejection. The TMCS1126-Q1 current sensors are AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications. These sensors are available in a 10.3mm x 10.3mm DVG (SOIC, 10) package.

The TMCS1126TMCS1126-Q1 current sensors feature 80ARMS high continuous current capability, 500kHz signal bandwidth, precision zero-current reference output, and sensitivity options ranging from 15mV/A to 150mV/A. These sensors are used in onboard chargers, DC-DC converters, HVAC compressors, EV charging, and rotor excitation.
