Texas Instruments TMDSCNCD263P-SIP (Silicon-In-Package) Control Card Evaluation Module is an evaluation and development board for the AM263Px, which has an on-die Flash package of microcontrollers. The TI TMDSCNCD263P-SIP supplies an easy way to develop the AM263Px-SIP MCUs with onboard emulation for programming and debugging, with buttons and an LED for a simple user interface. The control card also allows header pin access to key signals via a high-speed edge connector (HSEC) baseboard docking station for rapid prototyping.Features
